Payments

In order for banners to be completed, customers are required to pay for their product in full. Customers can make their payment either by cash or direct deposit to our bank account.

Sorry we do not accept credit card payments.

 

Orders

Due to high demand and busy periods during Finals, customers are asked to place their order as soon as possible. Allstar Banners complete orders on a first come basis. 

 

Postal Orders

Unless full payments, including postage have been received, Allstar Banners are unable to post banners to customers.  Although we endeavour to post our banners to customers as soon as possible, we take no responsibility if there are any postal delays due to delayed payments. 

All our banners are sent via express/registered post, customers must be present to receive

and sign for the banner. If you are not available Australia post will leave a card notifying they have 

been and you will be required to pick up the item from your nearest Australia Post outlet as shown

on the card, 

Please note: Allstar Banners take no responsibility once banners are with Australia Post.

 

Cancellations

Allstar Banners request and reserve the right for customers to leave a deposit prior to any banner being made. Moreover, any cancellation of orders may be subject to a recovery cost fee, due to the time and product placed on the banner prior to cancellation. Customers should also note that any banner completed prior to cancellation, will result in a full invoice cost and this will be billed to the customer.

 

Products

Any emblems or logos from a club, business, or sponsor, may be subject to copyright by individual owners. Therefore, some logos or emblems may not be available for any public display or use.

 

Allstar Banners reserves the right not to accept any orders that may be of an offensive or discriminative nature. Furthermore, we take no responsibility or liability for any breach of copyright after a sale or supply. We ask that customers do not add any logos to banners that have been purchased or supplied by Allstar Banners without permission or written consent.

Any product made and supplied by Allstar Banners may not be altered or modified.

 

Use of Banners

Any banners created are to be used by the customers own risk.

Allstar Banners will not be liable or take any responsibility for any incidental damages or injuries (both body and personal, including death), caused by the misuse or abuse of banners. We also take no responsibility if there is any damage to properties or defects caused by misappropriation. 

 

Photos of Banners

Allstar Banners reserves the right to use photos of any banners created for the company website for promotional and advertising purposes.
